Indian Fashion

The modern Indian Fashion is very fast evolving industry. It has progressed in the past several years to a factor on the international fashion scene.

The reason for this is the unique style of traditional Indian clothes and Bollywood, which has a big influence on people from around the world and can determine what is modern and what is not. It is interesting to see how the old, traditional styles, materials and accessories from India can combine with the western fabrics and jewellery. When we take a look at the old Indian and European clothes we can see no similarities at all. The European men's suits are commonly black with white shirts. This is how the people in Europe understand beauty and style. Today they think that the details should not be too showy. They have to be placed at the exact place where the etiquette says and every step aside can be a mistake.

On the contrary the Indian fashion style is much more colourful and, according to my opinion much more fun. This fashion is much more open minded and it easily accepts improvisations. The materials in India are mostly eco-friendly because they are created from natural products. Big part of the traditional Indian clothes are made of silk, cotton and hemp. This is not accidentally because the silk is one of the materials which allows the skin to breathe. This is very important in India because of the climate in that area.

Indian clothes are very easy to recognise because of the ornaments. You can see different flowers, animals and much more only on one dress. This makes the Indian style in fashion very popular around the world. Today India has it's own big names in fashion design like Satya Paul and Manish Arora. They are competing names like Armani and Dolce & Gabbana. So if you want to be unique and very beautiful in a special night you can choose the Indian style and won't be wrong.
